HARVEST: From 16 on October 19, 2003. The harvest is made in boxes of 20 kilos from the oldest vinyars of our property. This wine is chosen grape by grape at separated tables, and its fermentation process made at independent tanks
FERMENTATION: During 10 days at controlled temperatures of 29 º C and soaked for 10 days after fermentation.
AGING: 20 months in oak barrels, during which the wine made the malolactic fermentation, the last 8 months of rearing are done in French wood. And 15 months in bottle.
TASTING: Color red with cherry edging tile. Layer high. Spicy aromas dominated by aging in wood notes on fruit, but without lifting. taste balanced, silky and elegant way. 18.97€
