VARIETY: 100% Tempranillo

HARVEST: From 16 on October 19, 2003. The harvest is raliza in boxes of 20 kilos and payments oldest of our property

FERMENTATION: During 10 days at controlled temperatures of 29 º C and soaked for 10 days after fermentation.

AGING: 20 months in oak barrels, during which the wine made the malolactic fermentation, the last 8 months of rearing are done in French wood. And 15 months in bottle.

TASTING: Color red with cherry edging tile. Layer high. Spicy aromas dominated by aging in wood notes on fruit, but without lifting. taste balanced, silky and elegant way.
