SPECIAL SELECTION Eridanus.

VARIETY: 100% Tempranillo

FERMENTATION: A controlled temperature of 29 º C for 8 days, macerated for another 8.

HARVEST: Between the 10th and October 12th 2006. With a double selection in vineyard and winery, the harvest was in boxes of 15 kilos.

AGING: 3 months deposit on fine lees and 4 months in oak barrels.

TASTING: Red pilloried in good layer and abundant tears. Comprota in the cup is so smart and educated, notes finest fruits like currant, flowers (violet and lavender) and spices that give it great complexity. In the mouth, continuing its path in harmony, thanks to its acidity, ripe tannin structure and appear again spicy.
